Summer is here and so are we. Apex is open and seeing patients for Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage therapy. Counseling appointments continue to be online through telehealth.
We are living through some tragic and life changing times. Spending time to reflect on yourself, your health and your actions will be helpful to make this all worth it. With Multnomah County entering phase 1 and people going out in support of their favorite business that are reopening, the rise in COVID-19 cases are inevitable. Wearing masks in public, physical distancing and hand washing are easy low effort ways we can do our part in slowing the spread. We at Apex ask that all patients and staff wear a mask when in the building. Apex has in place a set protocols that was created using recommendations from the CDC and the protocols from our Governor Kate Brown to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
