To our valued patients,
With Governor Brown’s recent order that non urgent medical procedures may resume on May 1st, we will be able to expand who we see at Apex Wellness Center starting on Monday, May 4th. These expanded services include chiropractic and acupuncture. Massage is not a part of phase one, but we expect to receive more guidance in the coming days/weeks as to when they will be allowed to start seeing patients. Our counselor continues to solely do Telehealth visits.
We have been advised to ramp up slowly and to be prepared to stop if we start to see an increase in positive cases. We are asking if you are in the high risk group that you consider continuing to delay treatment. However, if you are experiencing severe pain or other urgent health issues, please contact your provider directly so we may assess whether you need to be seen and if necessary make special arrangements in the clinic to allow you to be the only patient in the clinic.
Telehealth is available for acupuncture and is a great option if you are not comfortable receiving treatment in person or if you are in the high risk group. We can address most health concerns and can offer acupressure protocols and other health and lifestyle guidance.
You may schedule appointments for chiropractic and acupuncture (including telehealth) here or by emailing reception.
